I had a great experience at Motor Match Stoke as Jessica was helpful and helpful me sort the car I wanted as well.

Motor Match Stoke were helpful because Karen was excellent, she was very professional, thoughtful understanding. The car is in excellent condition and any problems were sorted out by Karen. I would recommend Karen to any other women who are on there own and need support to find a good and suitable car. The company are lucky to have her.

My experience at Motor Match Stoke could have been better because after 170 miles trip to collect car came to wrong address then found out this location was moved week ago but was not informed,then came still on time for 13.30PM appointment but i was served after 16.00PM despite i told before i am from far away and need to go back. finally i got a very smelly car which now i will return if they do not sort out this urgently emailed about 3 days ago he said he will come back to me but not yet,,,,most likely he is busy with more car selling for you and forgot me

I would not recommend Motor Match Stoke because the car had known faults when I picked it up and I was told they would be sorted asap
Which I agreed too
Then after two weeks and many emails I was told that an appointment with Audi to fix the issues still had not even been made
I now have to take the car over to Audi crew to have it fixed almost a month after I picked it up which in my opinion is way to long after I collected the car
Had I known it was going to take this long I never would have picked the car up
